| Paul Waddell is the President and founder of Urban Innovations Inc. which was formed in 1995. Paul has over 20 years of experience, having worked on numerous hospitality-related projects across Canada and the U.S. for a multitude of prominent hoteliers, restauranteurs and developers. In all, he has project managed, designed and/or purchased well over $1B worth of projects in his career. Most recently, Paul is serving as the project design consultant for the new $60M Hazelton Hotel and Condominiums project which is an exclusive collection of 18 $3M to $10M condominiums above a 5 star, 78 room boutique hotel in the Yorkville District of downtown Toronto. The Hazelton is scheduled to open in Fall of 2006. Paul was also project director for the recently opened $80M Soho Metropolitan Hotel and Condominiums which consist of an 87 room boutique hotel with 350 condominiums, 55 Furnished Rental Suites and a $4M, 3 storey, 4,000 square foot penthouse suite for the hotel. Urban Innovations proudly executed the project management, interior design and FF& E procurement within a very tight timeframe. His forte is always being able to maintain excellent client relationships through creativity, honesty and respect.

| Norm
Sabo, Norm has worked with a diverse cross-section of clients including Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Intrawest Resorts, Mnjikaning First Nation-owned properties including Casino Rama and gaming companies such as Ontario Lottery Corporation. Norm is also the founding principal of NDS Consulting which is the only aboriginal-owned hospitality purchasing company in Canada. As a recent addition to the UI Group, Norm will be serving as the Director of Purchasing in charge of all purchasing and procurement, as well as maintaining the development of NDS Consulting which will focus on the growing aboriginal development sector. Norm brings a wealth of expertise and is well respected for his management skills and high ethical standards.
